Training Structure

Experience a 3-days-on, 1-day-off training cycle, progressively increasing in intensity every 4 days. Train anywhere—with just 2 dumbbells or even water bottles!

Equipment Needed

All you need to join is a mat and a pair of 2kg dumbbells (or two 2-liter water bottles). Men can opt for 3 or 4kg weights.

Tracking & Support​

Join two dedicated chats for training sessions and progress tracking. Use the free FatSecret app to track calories; a simple guide will help you get started quickly. At the end of each day, participants should send their food intake and feedback on the training. You will also have our guidance and support from us and other participants.

This challenge is ideal for both beginners and experienced fitness enthusiasts looking to improve their body composition without heavy weights. It's designed to be accessible, allowing you to train anywhere—from home to the gym or even on vacation!

Personalized Experience:

The exercises are tailored to suit different fitness levels. We offer both Beginner and Pro sections:

- Beginners: Start with 12 repetitions of each exercise, focusing on form and building a foundation.
- Pros: Challenge yourself with 16 repetitions, aimed at maximizing intensity and results. 

All workouts require minimal equipment: a yoga mat (or any comfortable surface) and a pair of dumbbells. You can use 2kg dumbbells, or opt for two 1.5 or 2-liter water bottles as alternatives. Men might prefer 3 or 4kg weights. That's it!

The challenge is designed as a 3-days-on, 1-day-off cycle, with intensity ramping up every four days. You'll engage in functional exercises, strength training, and aerobic mobility work for a well-rounded, full-body workout approach.

You’ll have option to join one of three groups:Group 1: Follows a calorie-controlled plan with minimal sugar.

Calorie tracking is essential for maximizing results, particularly for participants in Groups 1 and 2. We suggest using a free app like FatSecret to facilitate this process. Although it requires only a few minutes each day, tracking calories can have life-changing benefits. Besides aiding in weight loss, it instills discipline and helps develop intuitive skills for estimating daily calorie intake. Many participants will eventually have an approximate understanding of their consumption, which allows them to enjoy meals while remaining on track. The cornerstone of successful weight loss is consistent calorie tracking.

At the start and end of the challenge, you'll track your progress by taking measurements of your weight, hip, and waist. To assist with this, you'll receive a detailed photo guide that provides step-by-step instructions on how to take accurate measurements and photos. This ensures you can correctly track your changes. While taking photos is optional and remains private, it can be a helpful tool to visualize your progress. Photos are entirely private unless you decide to share them. Just follow the guide to easily monitor your journey throughout the challenge.

You’ll be part of two dedicated chats—one for training sessions and one for feedback, progress updates, and questions. Plus, you’ll receive guidance and support from me and your fellow participants!

Yes! You can sign up with a friend for a discounted rate. Training together is more fun and motivating, and you’ll support each other along the way!

You’ll continue to have access to the workouts for two more weeks after the challenge ends, so you can keep working on your goals or catch up if you need extra time.
